This year's Winter Wonderland Lights Display features more than 100,000 lights on the beach and the boardwalk. Stretching nearly 1 mile through the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach, this walking tour is a one-of-a-kind experience you have to see to believe. And the best part — it's free!

Join us for Myrtle Beach’s Third Annual Polar Express on Friday, December 1, at The Historic Train Depot, 851 Broadway Street. Children of all ages are welcome to enjoy hot chocolate, popcorn, letters to Santa, Holiday Storytime with Chapin Memorial Library and the outdoor showing of “The Polar Express.” The event begins with sensory friendly time from 5 to 5:30 p.m. Admission is free. You may wish to bring a chair and blanket to watch the movie. Stay tuned for more!

Run, walk or dash your way through this fun, untimed race which will begin in Plyler Park and run south along Ocean Boulevard to Second Avenue South before turning back up the boardwalk and through the Winter Wonderland lights display. Enjoy the sounds of the season, including strolling carolers, DJs, performers including the Pied Piper of Percussion Steve Gribb and some of the area’s top live music acts all throughout the season during Winter Wonderland at the Beach. Entertainment will take place regularly on the oceanfront stage in Plyler Park and an additional stage will be added during the Family Fun Festival, Saturday, Dec. 2.
